These Terms of Service govern your use of userawmaterial.com and any purchase you make through it. The website is operated by RAWMATERIAL RESEARCH PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated in India (CIN U10799KA2026PTC218132), with its registered office at Site No. 26 Laskar, Hosur Rd, Chikku Lakshmaiah Layout, Adugodi, Bengaluru, Karnataka - 560030. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean RAWMATERIAL RESEARCH PRIVATE LIMITED, and "you" means the person using the site.
By using the site you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law to buy from this site. Our products are food supplements formulated for adults and are not intended for children.
2. Products and product information
We sell packaged nutraceutical drink mixes. Each product page carries the ingredient list, nutritional information, net quantity, maximum retail price inclusive of all taxes, country of origin, allergen statement, storage instructions, directions for use and the name, address and FSSAI licence number of the marketer and the manufacturer.
Our products are not medicines. Nothing on this site is medical advice and nothing we sell is intended to diagnose, treat, prevent or cure any disease. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical care, consult a qualified medical practitioner before use.
We try to describe and photograph products accurately. Packaging, formulation and artwork can change, so the pack you receive is the authoritative statement of ingredients and nutritional values. Please read the label before use.
3. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm despatch. We may decline or cancel an order, in whole or in part, including where an item is out of stock, where there is an error in the price or description, or where we suspect fraud or a breach of these Terms. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.
4. Prices, taxes and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees and are the maximum retail price, inclusive of all applicable taxes. Shipping charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken through Shopify's payment providers; we do not store your card details.
5. Shipping, returns and cancellation
Delivery is covered by our shipping policy and returns, refunds and cancellations by our return and refund policy. Both form part of these Terms.
6. Your use of the site
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, not to interfere with its operation or security, and not to copy, scrape or republish its content for commercial use. All content on this site, including the RAW MATERIAL name and logo, product photography and copy, belongs to us or to our licensors.
7. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your authorisation.
8. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of or in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
