Shipping policy

This policy applies to orders placed on userawmaterial.com and shipped by RAWMATERIAL RESEARCH PRIVATE LIMITED.

Where we ship

We ship within India only. We do not currently accept international orders.

Despatch and delivery

Orders are despatched from our fulfilment centre on working days, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on a non-working day are processed on the next working day.

Once despatched, delivery usually takes 2 to 5 working days for metro addresses and 4 to 8 working days elsewhere in India. These are estimates from our courier partners, not guarantees, and can be affected by weather, local restrictions and courier delays.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is handed to the courier.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Undelivered and returned shipments

If a shipment is returned to us because the address was incomplete, nobody was available to receive it after the courier's attempts, or delivery was refused, we will contact you to arrange a re-despatch or a refund of the item value.
